Our home has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with bunk beds. The house sleeps 8 people. We have 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a covered front and back patio for you to relax on.

The Basic Beach House is conveniently located in a beautiful residential area, yet it's close enough to the action to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores and attractions. You can also hop on one of our 2 beach cruisers to explore the area! Our closest beach access (#17) is located between areas with the large condo buildings, therefore it tends to be less crowded! A few of the walkable things in our neighborhood include: *Shore Dogs Grill (3-4 min walk) *Ali Baba Beach Lounge & Grill (7-8 min walk) *Capt. Jack's Family Buffet (4-5 min walk) *Pho Express Noodles & Bar (5-6 min walk) *Rick Seltzer Park - Public swimming beach with restrooms, patio tables, rinse stations etc. (8-9 min walk) *Tom Thumb Convenience Store & Gas Station (2 min walk) this place is seriously close and open 24 hours! We LOVED our stay here!!! It was perfect for our group of 6! We had plenty of space and utilized our kitchen, the outdoor shower, and the grill!! Super easy to get to the beach and the host even provided a video instruction on the fastest/easiest route there. The beach is under a 5 minute walk and the house looks exactly like the pictures provided. The host was also very nice, allowed us to check in early, made sure everything was ready for our stay, and was very friendly and responsive! All in all, we would 100% stay again and I have already recommended this stay to family!

Absolutely loved this property and would stay again. My family and I felt right at home and the location was great. We came fr my Mother’s Day and my son’s baseball tournament and it was only about 5-10 minutes from the property. We bragged our entire stay about how awesome this property was and the host was very responsive and helpful. 10/10!

This place is fantastic & by far one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in! The house looks exactly like the pictures, the location is more than I could ask for as it is a quick walk to the beach, the house was very clean & well kept. I truly didn’t want to leave!! Best beach house ever! We are coming back for the summer & I am looking for availability here first!

This was my very first time ever booking with Airbnb and I was very pleased! Mr. Kelly was very responsive to all of my questions. The house was beautiful and my entire family constantly said how much it felt like home! Great walking distance to beach and literally a minute from a gas station in case you want a quick snack. I definitely recommend this place. I would book it every time I travel to Panama if it’s available!

Kelly was a GREAT host! Super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Also, loved the house. We loved the fenced in backyard, and the outdoor shower was VERY helpful. Perfect walking distance to the beach as well, would totally stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's! Anything you might need has already been thought of and provided. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. It felt safe and family friendly. It was an easy walk to the beach, just as described, but also was an easy drive to other activities. We have already recommended it to several friends and family members. It will be our first place to check availability when we go back to PCB!

Free parking in the driveway and additional room on the street. **Please don't park on the lawn** 2 beach cruisers are available for exploring. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, stores, attractions, etc. There are companies close by that rent golf carts, bikes etc. Let us know if you need a recommendation!
